MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS &
KEY INITIATIVES

HKU believes in enabling and empowering students with SEN rather than limiting them.

Over the years, the University has implemented several initiatives to support these students, including the establishment of a one-stop service hub for SEN Support, provision of enhanced specialist services, physical and digital accessibility on campus, along with social initiatives like the SEN Peer Impact Network and Equal Opportunity Student Ambassadors Programme.

These efforts highlight the University’s commitment to creating an inclusive environment for students with SEN to thrive academically and socially.
